Research & Recruitment
Our process starts with understanding our partners’ needs and requirements for a role. From there, we prospect from our network of pre-qualified candidates and neighboring companies within the industry to select only the very best candidates to present.
Candidate Offer
Upon extension of an offer, we manage candidate and client expectations, provide advice and insight on compensation negotiations, and perform any debriefs or provide feedback loops as needed.
Candidate Presentation & Approval
Only after we have screened the pool of potential candidates against your specific role requirements, do we reach out to targeted individuals to gauge interest in the role. From there, we build formal candidate profiles, check industry references, and down select to only the top candidates to present to your hiring team.
Interviewing Schedule
You elect which of the candidates presented to formally interview. We assist in coordinating scheduling for interviews, pre/post debriefs with clients and candidates, and prepare any role compensation analysis required.
